Having spent the last 30 years immersed endurance sports I have learnt a lot. Most of it the old school way. Coaches were few and far between and information was scarce. With a passion for learning I set a path of discovery using mentors and self-learning that has taken me to coaching athletes and educating coaches around the world. The value of coaching and mentoring can’t be underestimated and I have made it my life work to help those around me achieve their goals.
