- Solved complex supplier quality and manufacturing problems for interior and engine/chassis departments.- Identified and corrected issues with poor part fitment for interior components of the Acura RDX.- Performed extensive root cause analysis on chassis component assembly which was identified to be either difficult or impossible for assembly due to poor part fitment. After root cause was identified, I worked with suppliers to implement a corrective action.- Utilized CATIA, Polyworks, ATOS Scanning, and Romer Scanning and CMM for the analysis of white body vehicles along with final assembly part quality- Presented studies and countermeasure presentations to my team and upper management- Balanced multiple projects at a time with a small team of nine members.
