Hi, Peter here, I have been working as a professional Chef for 22 years now. I have trained in the 5 star Westbury Hotel for 3 and a half years while attending a 3 year Professional Cookery course in I.T Tallaght, in which I learned every aspect on Food Hygiene, Nutrition, Costings, Gastronomy, Food Safety, Manual Handling, Cooking and Presentation, Communication Skills and Computer Skills. I am very up to date on the use of Microsoft Word and Excel. I have over 10 years Head Chef experience, and have a great knowledge of HACCP, Food Costings, Gross Profit Margins, Staff Rosters, Cleaning Schedules, Waste Control, Labour Cost, Stock Control, Time Management etc. I am highly motivated, extremely well organised, very punctual and have a great passion for food and flavours.
