• Developed a rheometric accelerated shelf stability test for liquid dispersions to save two to three months of development time for each product upgrade.
• Managed engineering resources that designed and built capacity to launch a $250M floor-cleaning brand in under one year.
• Implemented a $15M equipment standardization project spanning 12 plants worldwide, which reduced new product rollout time by up to six months while maintaining quality standards.
• Designed/directed flow studies resulting in a more filling operation; saving $1M in capital costs.
• Constructed a rheological database and enrolled academic experts to endorse new test protocols to defeat a major challenge against advertising claims.
