Since February 2016 I have been seconded on a regular basis to assist with the recruitment of all levels of staff within GMP. This ranges from apprentices to Student Officers and has involved me in paper sifting, telephone interviewing, assessment centre and final interviews.

Having being employed in the "unique" area of fingerprint identification since 1981, I qualified as an expert in 1986 at Scotland Yard and most recently have been given responsibility for the daily operations of the Volume Crime T eam.
