Uplink Truck Engineer Operated and maintained various C and Ku Band satellite uplink trucks in PSSI's fleet of uplink vehicles. Maintained transmission logs and paperwork vital to service performance and billing. Acted as PSSI's on-site liaison, producer and/or technical manager as needed for services. Marketed satellite uplink services for outside satellite services, developed and maintained business relationships with clients in the Chicago area and beyond. In addition to in-house uplink needs, uplink and camera crew services were provided for ESPN, Big Shoulders Digital Video Productions, Orbis Productions, Fox News, CNN, MSNBC, local affiliates, Reuters, WTN facilities, and others.in 2000, I transitioned into Studio Operations.
