Throughout my career, I have played a pivotal role in providing health, safety, environmental and community (HSEC) management advice and support to a diverse range of site management teams. Bringing the advantage of extensive operational, as well as general management experience, I have the ability to lead, plan and drive health, safety and quality awareness at all levels of an operation. This includes all stages from reviewing and developing an organisational framework on risk, hazard and injury management, as well as maintaining the overall health, safety and wellbeing of employees, clients and contractors. My career to date has seen me working across multiple operations in geographically dispersed locations both domestically and internationally, including in the areas of Iron Ore | Salt Alumina Refining | Diamonds | SmeltingDynamic and motivated, and with a strong network of Indigenous connections, much of my career success is testament to my strong interpersonal skills and ability to articulate a clear strategic vision to all stakeholders. This ranges from guiding and supporting management teams, to motivating and educating operational personnel, to building trust and consensus with external stakeholders. As a result, I have been successful in fostering collaboration to uphold a shared vision of maintaining a safe and healthy working environment, surrounding area and personnel.
