I kept up with industry trends on a daily basis, spoke at conferences and had numerous articles published on the subject 2) Brand and CommunicationsI developed a high level of expertise, particularly in brand research, and led two major studies in this area - a large continuous brand and communications tracker for an FMCG client within Australia, and a global B2B brand equity annual survey for a technology client.
