Managed an annual budget of $3,000,000.Managed the identification and implementation of designated cost reductions resulting in an annual savings of more that $200,000. Assisted with the incorporation of new CMMS (Maximo) tool (including integration of handheld pilot program) in to department business practices by ensuring training and staffing requirements for the transition.
