Drafting content for the firm's walk-in law clinic seminars focused on LGBTQ + legal issues such as name and gender marker changes. Prepare, assemble, and organize information for legal drafting. Perform legal research for drafting legal memoranda with my views on the content.

Manage all office operations, organize all data management, and maintain disaster recovery plan.Provide support to Board of Directors, Executive Director and legal staff as requested. Maintain existing referral sources to improve our visibility to potential new clients, by performing site visits to foster relationships with frontline advocates.Conduct preliminary eligibility assessments for potential clients, provide information, and manage expectations and referral services for ineligible clients. Schedule client appointments, conduct in-person client registrations/ intakes. Maintain client files, and maintain contact with clients regarding updates and case closings.Review client files monthly and annually to confirm compliance with funding resource requirements, including state and federal regulations.Perform weekly, monthly, and quarterly data entry and management, as directed by the quality management plan and quarterly improvement activities. Analyze data and prepare reports.Recruit new volunteer attorneys, paraprofessional, and non-legal volunteers for special events.Train and supervise volunteers in relation to client services and office operations, and keep existing volunteers engaged. Assign and distribute non-priority estate planning cases to a ready pool of volunteer attorneys.Perform follow ups with Attorneys and assigned clients to ensure efficient and timely case closings.Assist in maintaining and enhancing our presences on the Internet, including website, social media, and email. Promote, attend, and assist with development activities, as well as maintain professional and collegial conduct with staff, board and volunteers.
