Equals Trust is a primary phase multi academy trust established with a total commitment to collaborative working.

I provide interim management and consultancy services to local authorities, individual schools and private sector clients on a range of issues relating to the development and delivery of schools capital programmes and individual projects. This includes work on overall strategy, training and development activities linked to project management and governance.

National

Provided advice and support to more than 30 LAs developing BSF programmes including strategic advice, training & team development and skills & capacity reviews. Chaired two regional BSF network groups. Also continue to lead Gateway Reviews and other project reviews.

Worked extensively with Willmott Dixon on a range of school projects and also the development and promotion of the Sunesis range of school designs.

Chester

Lead responsibility for BSF and Academy developments and the Children’s Services Capital Strategy and Programme. CWAC was established as new unitary authority in April 2009. Responsible for leading all aspects of capital programme strategy, development and delivery for the new authority. LA lead on the development of the Ellesmere Port Academy.

Held a number of positions with NCC but most of my time was spent working on schools' capital programme planning and development work including pupil place planning, writing bids, developing capital strategy and project managing capital schemes on behalf of Children's Services. PFI Project Director for my last five years with the council.
