As a stadium manager for big games/concerts at the Soldier Field Stadium in Chicago I was responsible for staffing employees for events, managing those employees throughout the event and motivating employees to provide EXCELLENT customer service and adult beverages in a fast paced environment. Administrative duties included (but not limited to) managing and auditing inventory, measuring and weighing alcohol bottles in relation to product sold. Setting up and managing cash registers throughout the shift while being able to immediately find error in any missing till information such as cash shortages and overage.
