I am delighted to be an Associate with Azenby. Working alongside many talented people with bags of experience in Telecoms.Assigned to a Managed Service Partner in Saudi Arabia. I provided an audit on processes, tools and people, and provided advice and recommendations on how to improve the service for Saudi Telecoms Company (STC). This assignment required an understanding of the Managed Services Agreement, the Service Levels, and the relationships and the delivery of the service. I also interviewed the senior leaders in STC and develop any recommendations arising.I am also supporting Telefonica O2, a major Mobile Telecoms Network provider in the UK, working on a confidential network operations project relating to the outsourcing and off-shoring of Network Management activities.

Accountable for the operational network performance of the MBNL network. The MBNL network is approximately 20.000 cell sites, and supports EE, H3G, Virgin Mobile, many MVNOs and Corporates, and just over 40 million users.It's the most successful shared network in the world, and was recognised by the 'RANNYS" at this years world RAN awards (Jan 2015).I manage the second generation outsourced agreement, using our Managed Service Partner Ericsson.
