I have over 19 years experience in the Automotive industry, 14 of which have been spent in a managerial capacity, I have spent the past 9 years in Divisional Roles including my current position of Divisional Retail Support Manager.I provide a wealth of experience in the regulatory sale of F&I and compliance and have delivered engaging and customer focused sales processes across over 20 franchised dealerships.I have worked with Dealership Management teams, Sales Executives, Franchise and Brand Directors, along with external finance and product partners to identify and implement proactive and forward thinking strategies for business improvement, supported by training, coaching and development.
