As a Director of Project Human Resources I am focussed on the delivery of services that support organisations minimise risks and maximise performance of their personnel. I have developed my expertise in a career of more than 20 years delivering recruitment, outplacement, career counselling and psychometric testing to organisations and their employees. As a result, Project Human Resources now has four key product offerings: Recruitment and Contract Staff, Outplacement, Psychometric Testing and HR Consulting. Outplacement and Career Transition:We have designed our products to deliver programs from under $1000 that focus on real life job search skills. These are all one on one coaching packages that teach where needed and hone job search skills whilst providing participants with the toolkit to succeed in the employment market.Psychometric TestingWe employ experienced psychologists expert at the administration and interpretation of psychometric assessments. These professionals have all worked within the industry and understand the needs of businesses and how best to apply results for successful outcomes. Project HR is not contracted to any one test publisher so we can provide a wide range of tests from group assessments, individual face-to-face assessments as well as online testing. HR ConsultingProject HR supports organisations in managing their own HR and Recruitment systems.
