I have developed my expertise in a career of more than 20 years delivering recruitment, outplacement, career counselling and psychometric testing to organisations and their employees. These are all one on one coaching packages that teach where needed and hone job search skills whilst providing participants with the toolkit to succeed in the employment market.Psychometric TestingWe employ experienced psychologists expert at the administration and interpretation of psychometric assessments. These professionals have all worked within the industry and understand the needs of businesses and how best to apply results for successful outcomes.
