Responsible for all facets of Cinnaire's New Market Tax Credit business line, including securing new funding, pipeline development, underwriting and closing investments and back office administration. Our strategy consists of real-estate focused community and economic development investment opportunities, where we can maximize the local impact.Also responsible for building new relationships with community-focused investors and expanding Cinnaire's community development business lines.

Oversaw all aspects of the accounting, loan servicing, asset management, financial reporting and compliance for Cinnaire's New Markets Tax Credit portfolio, which totaled 33 investments and $314 million of allocation.

Consulted on both buy- and sell-side transaction for both private equity and corporate clients. Performed financial due diligence in a variety of industries ranging from industrial/manufacturing to transportation.

Assist in efforts to lead the outreach. Included students living situations, small groups, prayer meetings, and service or outreach events.
