I believe life is best enjoyed when I give 100% to wherever I am. I lock in when I'm working and focus on deep relaxation and play when I'm not. Ran a marathon in December around a highschool track without training to see if it was possible (it was - although it was very painful). Also just completed a 370-mile bike trip on the western fjords and mountains of Norway last July (after doing 3 training rides - which I quickly learned was not enough). I enjoy playing sports, skiing, reading, camping, and taking photos. Favorite book is East of Eden and favorite sports feeling is sending a through ball to a soccer teammate. Favorite ski lift is Summit at Solitude, favorite peak bagged is Mount Hood, and favorite place I've camped is on Sahale Arm in the North Cascades.
