Developed and was accountable for the team managing nbn's first tier contractors rolling out the Hybrid Fibre Co-axial (HFC) network component of the national broadband network.

As joint legal lead of Project Foxtrot, I negotiated and closed out the HFC Delivery Agreement with nbn.

My role at Holman Fenwick Willan comprised general corporate and commercial law with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions. I had experience with a range of public and private treaty transactions including capital raisings, acquisitions and joint ventures. I acted for mineral exploration companies in a range of areas including the acquisition and disposal of assets and providing advice on regulatory matters. I also regularly advised companies on corporate law and securities issues including directors' duties, continuous disclosure and ASX and Corporations Act compliance.

My role at Dibbs Abbott Stillman was a general corporate and commercial role with some banking and finance work. I advised on corporate governance issues, sales and purchases of businesses (asset and share sales), corporate structures for new and existing businesses and private investments into new and existing businesses.
