• Degree qualified Chartered Process Engineer.• 44 years of Operating, Plant Design and Field Commissioning experience.• 14 years in Operating roles with common thread in Commissioning and Process Improvement.• 30 years in Commissioning Management from FEED through to Final Handover to Client.• Key Strengths: Strategising, Team Building, Mentoring, Communicating, Completing.Since graduating in Mineral Processing Technology from Camborne School of Mines in Cornwall, UK, I have worked for over 40 years in the mining and chemical industries in Zambia, Indonesia and throughout Australia. The first 14 years were spent in operating roles in concentrators and refineries before specialising in commissioning new plant and, in 1993, establishing my own business servicing major projects with clients such as Rio Tinto, Mt Isa Mines, Western Mining Corporation, BHP Billiton, Fortescue Metals Group, Pilbara Minerals, Roy Hill, Talison Lithium, Tianqi Lithium and EV Metals Group. My aspirations are to assist in delivering successful projects, having fun at the same time and to never stop learning.Life would be boring without a good project! It is what I live for. Helping to engineer and build it properly and making it work as designed.
