My role with Service Stream Mobile Communications requires me to effectively coordinate and check all on site construction activities to ensure business and project objectives are met by:Ensuring all tasks relating to the project activities are in compliance with legislative requirements including all Health Safety, Environmental and Regulatory requirements.Successfully adhering to project time frames and project specifications.Ensuring Subcontractors comply with all elements of the project brief whilst working onsite.Identifying non-conformance in relation to construction of the site, developing solutions in conjunction with the Project Engineer or Project Manager and taking effective remedial action.Key responsibilities include:Work closely with our Project Engineers (and others) to ensure the timely commencement and completion of the site works.Ensuring that sub-contractors works are coordinated in respect of program, quality, communication and budget.Also to ensure all construction complies with legislation, company systems and any project documentation including drawings and specifications.Identify any performance issues with Subcontractors and Suppliers, develop and implement solutions and review their effectiveness.Effectively communicate with all relevant stakeholders and to ensure the project team are aware of progress, issues and actions taken.Ensure the quality of construction complies with company quality procedures and those requirements set out by the client.Provide feedback to the project and design teams regarding effectiveness of design and construction designs, installation methodologies and other solutionsContribute to the continual improvement of the company including systems, design and innovation, HS&E, cost saving, research and development, looking for continual improvements.

• Conducting site and field audits on all projects for the company•Conducting Plant risk assessment surveys and follow up outstanding actions, to validate Plant.•As a Rehabilitation and Return to Work Coordinator, developing and implementing suitable duties in conjunction with injured workers’ supervisors, managers and doctors.•As Fire Ant Coordinator, inspecting and extending Fire Ant Inspection notices, notifying Qld Bio-Security of new projects within the restricted fire ant areas.•Participating in the development of Safety and Project specific Management Plans for Divisions and Business unit.•Participating in the development of project specific/site specific Safe Work Method Statements•Conducting site and project Risk Assessments•Completing reviews of subcontractor management systems and work with subcontractors, project and operational managers to ensure suitable systems standards are maintained.•Providing education, training and support to employees and subcontractors in the field of Safety, Environmental & Management Systems at Toolbox Meetings, Project Inductions and mandatory training.•Supporting Project/Field Service Managers in implementing and maintaining safety management plans.•Attending and coordinating HS&E safety committee meetings
