• Responsible for executing financial related activities to support and not limited to the implementation of projects. • Responsible for preparing project accounts, accountable for monitoring the progress of projects, investigating variances, approving expenses, and maintain project-related accounts in the accounting system. • Implement internal controls for all accounting process to ensure timely and accurate information.• Prepare management accounts on project activities for management review. • Ensure that the project billings are timely issued, and payments collected from clients. • Prepare and submit relevant statutory reports and tax returns within the stipulated timelines. Responsible for internal and external auditor’s coordination, as required. • Assist the Project teams in project budgeting, analysis and reporting. • Prepare financial statements for the company activities. • Travel to such destinations as is necessary to carry out the Company’s business especially regarding the various projects undertaken on behalf of Clients.
