ACHIEVEMENTS:- Validated Pronto-XI to meet FDA compliance requirements.- Automated the process for printing data sheets to go with all chemical related sales order lines- Automated many of the manual steps for item and bill of material maintenance, speed up the product change processes. - Set up automated faxing and emailing of various forms.- Reviewed and adjusted Pronto-XI configuration/settings so as to better align processes with business needs.- Prepared detailed specifications for a number of Pronto-XI modifications.- Responsible for supporting the Pronto-XI ERP system for multiple companies within Australia and the UK and USA. Assisting users, training, problem solving, seeking improved methods of using Pronto.- Writing Pronto-XI 4GL programs, Crystal reports and ODBC data extracts.

ACHIEVEMENTS:- Worked with customers on details of required modifications and prepared detailed specifications for programmers. Co-ordinated installation into customer systems and testing.- Consistently achieved a high level of customer satisfaction and high resolution rate.- Supported Movex for external customers and internal business consultants.
