Managed NAFTA regional management team. Built the Appleton Ambassador Program/Model and rolled out in Canada, USA and Mexico with the hiring of a total of 10 new ambassadors/specialists in the NAFTA Region. “Turned around” depletions in Canada to post positive depletions in 2012 for the first time in 5 years. Brought back US Duty Free depletions to pre-recession levels in a very tough channel.

In the last four years serving as Global Consumer Marketing Director, I led the development of the global brand strategy for Appleton Estate Jamaica Rum. I have overseen marketing activities in key markets, including: Australia, Canada, Europe, Mexico, New Zealand, The USA (which included the first ever brand campaign) and The UK, providing brand consulting, packaging design and communications support to our distributors in those markets. In 2009 I spearheaded the development of a comprehensive global digital and social media strategy that has been lauded and bought into in all key markets. During this time, the brand has achieved record sales growth and unprecedented expansion into new markets.
