Previous National General Manager with Veolia and former Vice President of SUEZ Australia and New Zealand. My most recent position involved the managing of multifaceted teams across all Waste Business Activity through the Australia and New Zealand Recycling and Recovery Business lines. Under my leadership Veolia exceeded annual market growth expectations reporting $157M net growth as a merged business in 2023, $67M ahead of previous years with a synergy saving of 44 staff. Over multiple large mature markets working with billion-dollar multinational publicly listed organisations in Australia and in Europe I had achieved an average of 23.8% CAGR (Compound annual growth) in EBIT on average throughout a career in Environmental Services spanning over 25 years.I know my customer base well and am passionate about delivering a high-quality experience for the end users of our services. This was evident when our NPS (Net Promoter Score) moved from 8.9 in 2019 to 34.7 in 2021. The two biggest indicator movements for this were sales account management 4.5/5 and Customer Service 4.42/5. We have also recently received the Canstar Customer Satisfaction Award and measured against our competitors we have the most satisfied customers.I create trusted advisor relationships and leverage those to gain market share and solidify my organisations presence in the market. Being a leader who understands the challenges of my teams and clients on the ground through to executive level I am a seasoned collaborator who enjoys improving efficiencies through common connections and leveraging my knowledge and network. My passion is in the ability to grow businesses and I derive satisfaction from fostering dedication and talent within my team. to achieve those goals and provide significant value creation for shareholders is always something that I continue to strive for.I am an approachable and optimistic leader.
