I have dedicated my career (so far) to helping people better engage with their technology. I joined IDeaS Revenue Solutions in 2015 as an Enterprise Relationship Manager to advocate on behalf of hotel clients like Radisson and Extended Stay America to facilitate their continued success with IDeaS’ SaaS revenue management systems. In 2018, I transitioned to the IDeaS Product Management Team in the Senior Associate Product Specialist role working on the G3 RMS. In 2021, I rejoined in the IDeaS Enterprise Team in support of the Elevate Project specifically to help with the rollout of the ChoiceMAX RMS solution for Choice Hotels. I've remained with the Enterprise Team since that time and am now pioneering our new Support Manager role.Before IDeaS, I was at SONIFI Solutions, a telecommunications provider for the hospitality industry, as a project manager, brand marketer and all-around product guru. Prior to that, I served as a true jack-of-all-trades—from business analysis to technical support—for mobile internet start-up Redwood Wireless.I grew up in Decorah, Iowa and spent 15 years in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. I am now happy to call Minnesota home, having moved my family to work at IDeaS’ Bloomington headquarters. A home brewer and beer enthusiast, I enjoy the abundance of breweries the Twin Cities has to offer and has also taken a liking to the local professional soccer team, Minnesota United.I also found a passion for Fitness during the COVID Pandemic. I lost over 100 pounds in a year and won the 2021 National Challenge from Farrell's Extreme Bodyshaping. I enjoy kickboxing, strength training, and running, including helping to coach the local High School Boys Cross CountryTeam.
