Full-Time Trainer And Day Manager
CurrentI program design about half of the workouts, strength work and skill work. I train classes from 1-20 people. I work with ages from 5 to 75 years old. I teach basic to advanced bodyweight and barbell and kettlebell movements. I also teach dumbbell, medicine ball, Slam ball exercises. I teach jump rope, rowing, rope climbing and how to conquer obstacles. I work with some of the administrative aspects of the business and help with ideas for new classes or changes in our program.
