Using formulated excel spreadsheets I then track the Business Cases through to completion• Raise Requisitions and issue Purchase Orders.• First check Risk Assessments, Method Statements and COSHH documentation and schedule work.• Manage the sites asset lists for PAT, Fridges and Freezers• Minute taking for regular meetings and disciplinary hearings.• Compiling complaint information and agreeing resolution and closure with the client. • Other responsibilities include:Telephony, Stationery, AV Equipment set up, Equipment moves. Checking and processing engineers’ timesheets, Invoice queries, Front of House cover.
