Owner of an international practice with over 38 years’ experience providing; - commercial, program and dispute resolution services as well as specialising in forensic delay analysis with extensive experience in providing claims for EOT and / or disruption on a broad range of projects including, general construction, major civil works, chemical plants, rail, airports, car manufacturing plants, wind farms and specialist MEP works. Experienced in a range of procurement forms e.g. PPP, EPCM, traditional and lump sum fixed price. Extensive experience of contracts such as FIDIC, NEC, JCT, ME GT&C and the VOB. Having represented parties at arbitration, adjudication, ADR and litigation. I have provided expert opinion on delay analysis and contract scope for;- rail, signalling, conservation works infrastructure and chemical plants. The projects have been located across; - UK, Europe, Scandinavia, Middle East, Africa and the Far East. Having trained with a major international contractor in the estimating & planning department before being transferred to the Middle East for a commercial role on various projects located in Bahrain, Oman, Egypt, Sudan and Dubai.
