• Managing multiple work streams and priorities to ensure delivery is on time and in budget with minimal impact to the business BAU. • Stakeholder and 3rd party contractor management including participation in the achievement of the Cabinet Office Customer Service Award. Working with onsite and field Engineers and Project Managers• Responsible for all planning and change impact for both commercial and technical risk. • Formulating impact analysis for change proposals and communicating impact back to the client. • Liaising with the Planning analyst to ensure that the impact analyses are returned within the SLA and ensuring that any potential failures are communicated to SMT. • Identifying potential risk and conflicts to change delivery prior to impact analysis and ensuring that these are communicated back.

The Workflow Resource Planner is responsible for allocation of resource throughout the workflow. Planning for workload to both estimate and SLA. Aligning resource to plan and maximising utilisation. Managing expectation of both internal and external teams reporting progress to plan• Responsible for the workload transfer, resource planning and SLA for 480,000,000 data lines to a new client. • Planning, testing and processing work from the previous client (Fujitsu) to Communisis prior to and beyond Go Live in line with SLA. • Responsible for managing the resource plan to maximise production ensuring that the software migration was aligned successfully. • Ensuring timely reporting for both customers and management. • Reporting on trend analysis and production stats to assist with planning, KPC, KBE and SLA.

Planning and delivery of 480m pieces of mail per year accross 3 different sites in the UK.Various SLAs and despatch Profiles for the customer to meet KPI and KBE events.Responsible for all compliance elements, contractual obligations with 3rd parties including Engineers (both onsite and in field), PWO/PTW/CHANGE REQUESTS, 3 Cost centre management, LEAN and best practice ownership for forward thinking.Management of staff by regular 1-2-1s and appraisal System.

Customer SLA, targets, production throughputs, machine and people efficiency management.Creation, managing and updating of production plans.

People management, staff and machine efficiency monitoring, SLA target management, fault escalation and trend-analysis, stock management, coaching of staff and identify training needs, build and maintain customer satisfaction.

Advanced knowledge of mailing machine, printers and mailsort to ensure targets and SLAs are met.Fault diagnosis and escalation routes.
