My career has evolved through various development opportunities to provide exposure and experiences in technical operational support, technical operational management, project management, program and portfolio management and service integration management.I have gained strong exposure to service management techniques (both across ITIL and eTOM frameworks) and to product and technology delivery lifecycle techniques, with experiences in managing the delivery of service support capabilities into development initiatives, through application of business analysis and project management techniques and establishing and implementing service support strategies and processes.Along with the technology delivery capabilities, I have also gained strong experiences in workgroup leadership and people management through building strong relationships with staff, peers and other stakeholders.
