Managed over 100 personnel providing work flow guidance including family issues / solutions. Coordinated the rear detachment support and organizational success of the organization during a peace keeping deployment into Kosovo.

Managed and directed over 125 personnel before, during and after a deployment to Baghdad Iraq in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom. Oversaw the coordination of daily work schedules involving extended hours and crew rest requirements for air crew support. Tempered and managed the expectations of organization employees and their families during a 12 month expected separation that ended up 15 months. Part of a top notch team that successfully moved to a combat zone, operated and returned with no casualties or serious injuries.

Managed a 35 member organization to include their family members responsible for the flying schedule, upkeep and maintenance of seven UH-60 Blackhawk Utility Helicopters and four EH-60 Blackhawk Electronic Surveillance Helicopters.

Managed 130 Soldiers during all unit training and during deployments. Responsible for over 200 Family Members and their well being.

Operated as an integral part of a 22 member armament repair team in support of 21 AH-1 Attack Helicopters during the US Army's Cold War mission in the Republic of Germany.
