Supply Chain Project Manager
Current• Leverage, transform and summarize enterprise data and act as a liaison between HQ and site management to drive supply chain cost-savings initiatives and optimization projects• Partner with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, to collaborate on COGS savings opportunities, while prioritizing high value workstreams for the organization• Possess a working knowledge of key supply chain concepts including procurement, inventory management, warehouse & distribution operations, and ERP systems• Lead in development of analytical tools, reports and ad hoc models to track key metrics, and to analyze and interpret data• Support enhancement of current processes and implementation of new ones through process design and documentation• Systemically compare a portfolio of SKUs from a new company to Imperial Dade to aid the larger team with material cost synergies opportunities• Develop mechanisms to report on weekly results, and identify and track action items, owners and timeline to improve weekly performance• Comfortable holding project stakeholders accountable to tasks, $ targets and deadlines• Extract, manipulate and summarize large datasets to improve visibility to move projects forward• Leveraging both large datasets and business knowledge, use insights to influence decision-makers across the organization• Decipher P&L GP changes at granular level, understand variances and communicate to management• Perform various ad-hoc analysis included but not limited to: vendor cost increases / cost-downs, internal transfers, vendor min/lead time/inventory impacts, PVM analysis, budget/forecast variance analysis, process compliance and data validation.
