I founded Hello Home Property after noticing a lack of education and support for first home buyers when it came to new builds. In 5 years I built a team who have helped over 250 families, couples, single parents, bachelorettes and bachelors build their first home. We assisted them to understand their financial position and borrowing capacity, locating the right parcel of land, collaboratively design their home, obtain quotes from trustworthy builders, and advocating for them across every step of the contstruction process and handover. We've built relationships with dozens of mortgage brokers, builders and developers across the state. With the First Home Buyer market on fire across QLD, I have sold the the business to an exceptional owner-operator to carry on the work for our clients.

5 years leading the Australian / NZ builder network for G.J Gardner Homes. We more than doubled it's build numbers, rapidly outgrew the market and went from Australia's 11th largest detached home builder to it's 5th largest, whilst maintaining our position as NZ's largest home builder. Between both countries building in excess of 3500 homes, between 110 offices, 320 sales consultants and 500 other staff. More importantly we led the way in the industry in operating with transparency, integrity and putting customer satisfaction as no.1. We were awarded Australia's Most Trusted Home Builder, by the most prolific customer review site 3 years in a row from in 16, 17, 18. The brand is still the highest rated national home builder. My personal strengths were perhaps uniting and leading a large group of exceptionally talented but independent franchisees and Master Franchisees, and constantly raising the bar of what the brand promise needed to be, across our branding, sales approach, sales management, and customer communication. I departed in 2019 to start my own business locally as the constant travel was taking it's toll on the family with two young kids.
