Successful design-in Laird Fabric Over Foam(FOF) materials and thermal pads to Google handsets (Pixel 4 &5), home and stream (Nest Audio, Mini and Chromecast) devices. Successful to coordinate with the internal team, OEM(Original Equipment Manufacturer) and EMS(Electronic Manufacturing Services) and CM(Contract Manufacturing) to promote and secure the programs for several Laird’s products to Microsoft next gen. xBox. This succeed contributes at least US$20M new business revenue per year. Successful to restructure and train the team to support the new strategies and sales tools from the top managements. Successful to develop and coach the distributors in Taiwan to promote Laird’s products to the most suitable customers, such as wireless charger coil, Magnetic Ceramic Products, Thermal Interface Materials.
