Logistics Support
Current• Performs operational inspections and routine maintenance on electrical and mechanical systems and hardware.• Utilizes electronic and electro-mechanical knowledge in repairing, testing, installation, check- out, troubleshooting, and configuration of systems and prototype modifications.• Maintains accountability, serviceability, and issuance of property, vehicles, and tools.• Manages environmental, ESD, safety, calibration, property, and fleet programs.• Order, ship, and receive parts and components for assigned work response.• Locates malfunctions in systems using voltmeter and engineering diagrams.• Repairs wiring harness using hand soldering or crimping techniques.• Ensures removed parts or components are properly tagged and positioned in quarantine.• Prepares system upgrade packages by labeling and kitting components.• Tests electrical and mechanical systems proper functioning using electronic tools and testequipment following technical and manufacturer manuals.• Follows schematics, engineering drawings, and written/verbal instructions to perform duties.• Completes paperwork associated with job assignment daily, both electronic and paper.• Prepares rejection tags noting deviations or quality following established procedures.• Conducts parts research using illustrated parts breakout/engineering specifications andprocures utilizing business purchase card.• Identifies inefficiencies and potential improvements to processes using Lean 10Xmethodology.• Experienced in Microsoft Office products; Outlook, Word, Power Point, and Excel
