As a senior member of the Campus Development Division, I was responsible for the managing the whole project life cycle process from the initial inception by the sponsor through to the post occupancy review process. This involved leading the project teams of stakeholders, designers, and contractors through each phase to ensure the projects were delivered in accordance with the University’s project governance framework and that they acheive the business case benefits and critical success factors.
