I led in development and deployment of a digital online version of Kenya Biodiversity Atlas (KBA) for Africa Conservation Center. Activities included: UCD process with core stakeholders, overseeing software development, populating with datasets, generating styles, preparing tutorials, and capacity building. KBA is a web GIS platform for publishing and sharing of biodiversity information.Overseeing custom biodiversity sub portal development with data for Tana River County from Global Biodiversity Information Facility (GBIF) as well as from the Kenya Biodiversity Atlas portal (KBA).

• Built a booking system for the counseling services with integrated mobile payments and customer notification via email, resulting in a 75% increase in payment collection and a 50% increase in customer satisfaction.• Researched and analyzed client needs, and translated those needs into improved features for the client's website - Hopewell Counselling Firm.• Decreased bounce rate by 5% and increased pages per session by 15% for a client website by setting up and configuring Google Analytics.• Redesigned the website by deploying a new theme, optimizing the user interface, improving the visual hierarchy and navigation, and writing SEO-friendly code.
