Working with cross-functional teams on the implementation and design of multiple (and often independent) GRC programs into the RSA Archer Suite.

Leveraging RSA's Archer platform, my team is responsible for implementing and supporting different GRC functions/programs within our eGRC version of the platform. I enjoy that we are constantly challenged to think of creative ways to implement new programs or enhance existing ones. I also appreciate the ability to work with individuals in multiple second lines of defense, as well as getting a better understanding of how their programs help identify and mitigate potential risk.

• Reviewed and interpreted criminal background checks and drug test results of external applicants to ensure compliance with federal and corporate requirements• Communicated to managers and HR when applicant was outside of FDIC guidelines; coached on termination requirement• Partnered with internal Legal department to interpret FDIC guidelines, and ensure U.S. Bancorp adhered to them• Worked with vendors and internal management to resolve any issues that arose to include flagged test results • Worked with FBI on finger print results or when special requests were made regarding apprehended criminals who were previous employees
