Responsibilities for expanding Neurointerventional radiology services, with the formation of the NeuroIntervention service, fellows, and multidisciplinary clinic in neurovascular diseases. Introducedthe following techniques : treating intracranial aneurysms with endovascular coils, Onyx and NBCA brain arteriovenous malformation embolisation, angioplasty and stenting for symptomatic carotid and intracranial atherosclerosis, intra-arterial therapy for acute ischaemic stroke, vertebroplasty, interventional management of paediatric neurovascular disease, including Vein of Galen malformations, direct puncture access for cavernous dural arteriovenous malformation treatment.

Clinical services have included director of Neuroradiology, Neurointervention, interventional radiologist including being founding member of the interventional team providing 24/7 service to one of only two trauma centres in the state.
