• Oversee inventory and supply chain management according to company guidelines and best practices• Develop and execute initiatives to improve shipping and inventory accuracy in all Bimbo Canada inventory locations • Support project work involving inventory management Lead health and safety objectives and associate meetings

• Managing all labor schedules of shippers ensuring sufficient coverage including vacations and other absences• Develop the team’s skills through excellent interpersonal, motivation and team building skills - open communication and high level of interaction• Utilize the optimal number of hourly personnel to fulfill service requirements while maximizing productivity and minimizing labour costs• Effectively handle union relations and including contributing to the grievance process when requested

• Responsible for keeping an up-to-date inventory count for production and distribution. • Co-ordinating with transportation team on delivering emergency requests to vendors.• Weekly inventory audit, truing up inventory and submit report to finance department for posting.

• Responsible for creating back orders, delivery inquiries, work with vendors on meeting better delivery dates for clients.• Daily Importing paper works from M & M to the warehouse. (Finding correct invoices, RGAs, and listing Tariff, Country of origin, NAFTA, and Values on everything that crosses the boarder)
