Manage a team of 10 Primary care account specialists working as part of a dedicated team on behalf of Boehringer Ingelheim. The geography I cover is Scotland, Northern Ireland and North East England. Promoting products in the fields of Stroke prevention and COPD.- Manage a team of Medical Sales Reps selling products for Boehringer-Ingelheim. My role amongst other things involves coaching sales techniques and supporting my team in the development of account plans for their territories.-Delivering sales and activity targets on behalf of the client. -In 2013 I have been promoted to one of 6 RBM’s with CAM responsibility – and I now manage a small National account on behalf of Shire pharma.

- Sold products in a wide range of therapy areas including COPD, Lipid lowering, Smoking cessation, Neuropathic pain and Erectile disfunction.- Sales success, managed to achieve 106% and 104% SvT for my 1st and 2nd line products respectively on my territory, which is outperforming both the area and district.- Successful formulary application, product achieved 1st line status on the Lothian formulary- Covered role of pain HSR in Lothian Borders territory during my time with Pfizer- Excellent training record completed initial training course and scored 100% in exams at the end of my product courses.- Taking leading role in organising and managing a series of educational meetings for Neuropathic pain, COPD and asthma across the territory. - During my time with Pfizer I had responsibility as the area lead for two of the three products I promote in my territory.

- Responsible for account management of GP’s and hospital contacts within Edinburgh, Lothian Borders territory.- Set a new monthly record for sales in my territory and moved up the rankings by 36 places over 6 months (from 47th when I started to 11th). - Activity success with consistent recognition for being 1st in my region and regularly achieved 1st place nationally for my contact rate.- Gained experience working the teaching hospitals in Edinburgh, building relationships with key customers for the Lothian area
