Hi there,I am a claims management professional with 16 years experience in injury rehabilitation and RTW, at both management and senior management levels. My career purpose is to leverage my background in exercise physiology and business to facilitate client rehabilitation, and help them to get their life back on track. I have an inquisitive mind and enjoy facilitating smooth change management through data-driven analysis and pragmatic communication. Having been involved in three claims model transformations, I have seen the pitfalls associated with operationalising a new claims model, and, far more importantly, the fulfilling client outcomes that can be achieved when we persevere through these challenges to implement contemporary claims management.
