Peter is a Partner with McInnes Dunne Murphy solicitors practicing, since qualifying, in the area of Employment Law representing both employers and employees. He has considerable experience representing clients before the Workplace Relations Commission, the Labour Court, the Circuit and High Courts as well as the Court of Appeal. Peter advises on the full range of employment related issues, both contentious and non-contentious. Peter holds a Diploma in Employment Law (UCD) and tutors to students on the Professional Practice Course in the Law Society of Ireland. He is an examiner on the Law Society's Professional Practice Course Employment Law module and acts as a Supervisor to Masters Students. Peter is an executive committee member of the Employment Law Association of Ireland and from 2018 to 2020 was that Association's Chairperson. He also sits on the Employment Law Committee of the Dublin Solicitors Bar Association.
