• Managing construction projects which include civil, structural, electrical and mechanical works.• Surveying the site and assist in both surveying works and levelling in the construction of 22 three bedroom bungalows with their swimming pools and gazebos.• Liaising with other engineers, architect, surveyors, clients and sub-contractors to ensure efficient running of the site.• Ensuring equipment and procedures comply with safety regulations.• Overseeing building work.• Making sure budgets, timescales and project specifications are met.• Solving problems and providing technical advice.• Checking and preparing site reports, designs and drawings.• Inviting sub contractors and issuing them contracts• Managing the labourers(both skilled and unskilled)• Assisting in material management and procurement.
