I performed multiple operation-based roles until I found my way to Engineering. I started at first-line support and climbed...My goal is to provide effective timely support with hands-on problem-solving, based on time-earned experience. I have had many opportunities to support business growth and technology transfers utilizing learning and teaching. I have relocated manufacturing processes, and programs around the world whilst maintaining compliance and continuity. A recent project was moving a medical device postponed-manufacturing line from the UK into Germany with no interruption and remaining FDA-compliant. I recently deployed in Poland to support a small team of Engineers responsible for a high-volume re-manufacturing program. My current deployment through 2024 is to build and support a remanufacturing process at my local site in the UK.
