This is a temporary role before I start my full time position with British Airways and offers me the opportunity to take part in the ground operations in Terminal 5. This role involves me assisting and directing customers around the terminal and helping them to make their way through the departure experience successfully.

This work involves working with many different people and often new people at each event and working as a team in new environments. I am also in charge of health and safety, helping to ensure that accident risks are reduced and auditing the restaurant to ensure this.This role has given me a very wide range of skills from customer service, team management, people management and auditing & analysis skills amongst many others.
