* Data entry into MYOB & Excel* Providing customer service and resolution to all customer issues pertaining to delivery of product* Processing invoices for account payable & receivable and reconciling expenditures * Preparing documents, reports, and correspondence * Process customers’ orders, issue delivery orders, coordinate deliveries, issue invoices* Coordinate with third party logistics / warehousing provider for seamless supply chain process* Support customers with their product, pricing, stock, spares, and delivery status enquiries* Assisting the team with other administration related tasks and any other ad-hoc as required* Ensure office/warehouse and operation processes meet OH&S requirements and organise maintenance and improvements as required.* Preparing meeting rooms and help co-ordinate company events and functions.* Ordering of stationary and distributing parcels around the office

• Accurate typing, data entry/record keeping, word processing and other PC related task. • Process Accounts Payable & Receivable & Invoice • Office Maintenance ( Including Ordering Stationery) • Prepare weekly & monthly payroll journal entries • Preparation of outgoing mail and collection and distribution of incoming mail. • Assist in the planning and coordination of meetings relating to examinations and training and attend as required.
