As a Quality Engineer, I represent key elements for the development, review, monitoring, and improvement activities directly related to end-Customer requirements; and will ensure that all requirements are established, documented, communicated, and maintained in compliance. Being the "Voice of the Customer," through all levels of the organization, demanding the highest quality.Facilitate use of appropriate problem solving techniques for effective root cause analysis and successful corrective action to resolve customer complaints and concerns.Create and develop necessary action plans on process and product end-Customer expectations, build events, validation, verification activities, execution and timing, status updates, etc., for new and existing products. Review vehicle quality both statically and dynamically and continuously improve against parts and completed vehicle quality standards

Main responsibility was NDC (non defective conditions) start up of Primer robots and spray equipment. Spray painting panels and ensuring compliance to all specifications for paint quality and visual inspection of paint on vehicles and ensuring quality is maintained to the highest standard.Part of Human Resource Development (HRD) I undertook additional roles of Quality Circle (QC) Team Leader, Safety Coordinator Assistant and General Admin for Primer Group.As a QC Team Leader my role was to analyse and implement countermeasures for quality and productivity problems within the work area. I also delegated tasks to my QC Team Members and communicate the project goals, quality standards, schedules and deadlines to my Group Leader.As a Safety Coordinator Assistant my role was to develop document control of registers for Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OHSMS). I worked with the relevant management to obtain necessary audited documents to update them to the latest revision.As a General Admin in Primer Group, my role was to manage,create and edit the groups formal documents required for submission to management. These documents include Team Australia (cost reduction), Hiyari Hatto (accident prevention), Production Engineering (PNE) requests and Suggestion Schemes.

Assisted the engineers in quality auditing the production materials to verify conformance to standards. Any non-conformance materials were reported to the appropriate departments for further investigation.I also documented and compiled each individual material with their respecting data sheets and MSDS into a formal document for future reference. The findings of the quality audit was presented to management and other relevant engineers along with a detailed report on the results.
