Currently I work for Cargomatic/ Atlas Marine Transportation. My latest tittle is Equipment and Grounded Yard Development and have been doing this since July of 2022. I still hold a valid Class A CDL and have held one for 26 years. During this time I have had many supervisory duties, including the training of new drivers, supervision of company drivers and owner operators, auditing of drivers for safety and efficiency, loading dock supervision, loss prevention management, and quality control. I have a strong background in the supervision of professional CDL drivers, and I work well with Human Resources to ensure proper procedures are followed for employee education, oversight, scheduling, discipline, and hiring practices.
