With over 14 years of IT experience, I currently lead and manage the IT infrastructure and support for LMS Construction, a large-scale construction company with over 500 employees and multiple projects across the country. My mission is to ensure the security, reliability, and efficiency of the IT systems and networks, as well as to provide technical assistance and guidance to the staff and clients.As a Microsoft Azure Certified Professional, I have a strong background in hardware and desktop support, as well as cloud computing and Microsoft Azure. I have successfully implemented and maintained various IT solutions and platforms, such as ERP, CRM, SharePoint, and Office 365, to optimize the business processes and operations of LMS Construction and its partners. I am also skilled in IT service management, team management, and vendor management, and I have a proven track record of delivering high-quality IT services and solutions that meet the needs and expectations of the company and the customers.
